Walkover/Retirement/DQ
If any market does not reach its natural conclusion (e.g. the end of a game/point for a game/point market via disqualification or retirement/walkover), projections will be void unless the market has already been determined, or unless otherwise stated.
For example: If Carlos Alcaraz wins 13 games, and his projection for Games Won was 12.5 (higher/lower), this outcome is fulfilled and unequivocally determined, so it will be graded accordingly.
1st set example: If a player's '1st Set Games Won' projection was 3.5 and the 1st set was fully completed before a retirement in the 2nd set, the pick grades normally since the 1st Set Games Won market was already determined.
However, if the final result cannot be determined, the projection will be voided. For instance, if Novak Djokovic’s Games Played projection was 20.5 and the match ends while he is at only 10 games, the outcome is undetermined. Since he could have finished with either higher or lower than 20.5 games had the match continued, the projection is voided as the final result cannot be determined.
"Played" Markets
For all 'played' markets (sets played, games played, 1st set games played): A set or game is considered 'played' once the first point of that set or game has begun. For example, a match will be deemed to have played three sets should a retirement occur at any point during the third set.
In any of the following circumstances, all selections will stand:
A change of venue
A change from indoor court to outdoor court or vice versa
A change of surface (either before or during a match)
A delay in the start of a match
Suspensions, as long as the play is resumed and the match is completed.
A tie break is considered one game for game selections. A super tiebreak is considered one game for game selections and one set for set selections. In the event that the total is exactly equal to the offered line, then all selections on this offer will be declared void.
For Rivals based on certain statistics, ex. Double faults, in which case the player with the lower score is considered to have had a better performance, the player on the side of the Rival with the lowest score, accounting for potential Rival spreads, will be deemed the winning side.
If a match is rescheduled but played in the same tournament and round, all selections will stand.
Breakpoints won - Number of games a player wins while their opponent is serving.
Service games lost - Number of games a player loses while serving.
Games won/lost - Set tie-breakers won/lost count towards "games won/lost". For example, if a player wins a match by a score of (7-6, 7-6) then they would be scored as having 14 games won and 12 games lost while their opponent would have 12 games won and 14 games lost.
First Serve In - Counts each first serve that lands in play, including one the returner fails to put back in play. A let served and replayed does not count until the point is completed on a serve that stands.
Second Serve Attempts - Counts each point where the first serve missed, requiring a second serve. A double fault still counts as one attempt and is scored as a loss.
First Serve Points Won - Counts points won by the server where the first serve landed in. If a first serve is a fault, that point cannot count here, even if the server ultimately wins the point off a good second serve.
Second Serve Points Won - Counts points won by the server on any point that reached a second serve (a double fault always counts as a loss here).
Serve Points Won - Counts total points won by a player while serving.
Points Won - Counts total points won by a player across the entire match, both serving and returning.
Break Point Opportunities - Counts each break point earned while a player is returning. Each break point within a game counts separately.
Break Points Faced - Counts each break point against a player while that player is serving — i.e., the number of times their service game was under threat of being broken.
Break Points Saved - Counts how many break points faced were won by the server, regardless of how the point ended.
