Cash Out is replacing the 2-minute Cancel window on Pick'em. You can exit a Classic, Champions, or Flex entry anytime, at the fair price Underdog offers.
What's Changing
Until now, Pick'em entries could only be canceled for free in the first 2 minutes — after that, there was no way out until the games started. That window is gone. Every Pick'em entry can now be cashed out at any point, from the moment you submit it through settlement.
How Cash Out Works
Anytime on Pick'em. Cash Out shows up on your entry the instant you submit it — no 2-minute limit.
A fair price, not a fee. Cash Out pays the fair price Underdog offers for your entry at that moment, and that price moves with your picks. Right after you enter, it's usually a little less than what you put in.
Cashing Out and Promos
Any promo applied to the entry is forfeited when you cash out. That's different from the old Cancel flow, where a promo was returned within the 2-minute window — so if you want to keep a promo, hold onto the entry instead of cashing out.
Made a Mistake on a Pick?
Cash out the entry, then place a new one with the picks you want. Keep in mind that cashing out returns the entry's current value — not a full refund.
Cash Out With Bonus Funds
Entries made with bonus funds don't return your stake on Cash Out, so Cash Out is normally unavailable on these until the entry is worth more than what you put in — typically once a line moves or the game goes live. Until then, there's nothing to cash out yet.
Streaks, Ladders, and Combos
Streaks. The Cancel button is going away. There's no exit for the first 2 minutes; after that, Cash Out appears when you go to add your next pick.
Ladders. The Cancel button is going away, and there's no Cash Out. Once a Ladder is placed, it stays in until it resolves.
Combos. Not changing. Combos still use free Cancel, exactly as today.
