All Prediction Picks trades are event contracts traded on a CFTC-regulated exchange. For Prediction Picks traded through UDM, LLC (d/b/a Underdog Predict), a registered futures commission merchant (FCM) regulated by the CFTC and NFA, trades are placed on KalshiEX LLC (Kalshi) and/or other CFTC-registered designated contract markets (DCMs).
Must be 18+ and a U.S. resident physically present in a state where Prediction Picks are available. Trading involves significant risk and may not be appropriate for all. By trading you risk losing your cost to enter any transaction, including fees. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your investment experience and financial resources. Any trading decisions you make are solely your responsibility and at your own risk. The Event Contract has not been endorsed by any Association, any Association Participant that is part of such Association, or any Individual in any Association. The use of the name of any Association, Association Participant, or Individual in any Association does not indicate any endorsement of this tradeable financial instrument. To the extent that you consent to opening an account for Prediction Picks trading, you acknowledge and agree that Underdog (or any of its affiliates) is authorized to act on your instruction received through the use of your username and password to trade, withdraw from, and fund your Account. For Prediction Picks traded through UDM, LLC (d/b/a Underdog Predict), by acknowledging the Underdog Predict Terms of Use, Global Privacy Policy, Futures Risk Disclosure Statement, Futures Account Agreement, and Fee Schedule, you authorize UDM, LLC to act on your behalf for prediction contract trading on Kalshi and/or other CFTC-registered DCMs.
To trade Prediction Picks, you must be at least 18 years of age and physically located in a state where Prediction Picks are available.
Prediction Picks are available only in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
For Prediction Picks traded through UDM, LLC (d/b/a Underdog Predict): Underdog Predict balances and Underdog Fantasy balances are held in separate accounts. Funds used to margin your derivatives positions are held in your futures account with UDM, LLC. UDM, LLC is a futures commission merchant regulated by the CFTC, and funds in your futures account are afforded certain important customer fund protections under CFTC segregation and bankruptcy rules. Underdog Predict and Underdog Fantasy are separate legal entities. Funds in your Underdog Fantasy account are subject to certain state regulations but are not subject to CFTC or NFA oversight and do not benefit from the same CFTC customer protections as funds held in your UDM, LLC futures account. Your submission authorizes Underdog Sports, LLC (d/b/a Underdog Fantasy) to transfer excess funds from your Underdog Fantasy account to your UDM, LLC futures account to support new prediction contract trades if necessary. When your prediction contract trade settles or is otherwise liquidated, your submission further authorizes UDM, LLC to transfer funds from your futures account to your Underdog Fantasy account; upon that transfer, funds will no longer be protected by CFTC segregation and bankruptcy rules.
Cashout is available through the Underdog platform only when the trader is physically located in a state where Prediction Picks are available. Please note that Cashout functionality will not always be made available.
