Every Prediction Pick market has a defined set of rules that determine when and how it settles. The resolution source, timing, and criteria are all established in advance, and outcomes are determined strictly according to those terms.
Who determines the outcome?
Each market is settled by the exchange it's offered through, according to that exchange's official rules:
Kalshi: settled by Kalshi's Outcome Review Committee under the Kalshi Rulebook.
Nadex: settled by Crypto.com | Nadex under the Nadex Sports Event Trading Rules.
UDX: settled under UDX's own contract rules and market descriptions, per the UDX Rulebook and UDX Notices.
Underdog Predict reflects the settlement from the exchange a market is offered through. We do not independently determine or override market outcomes.
When do markets settle?
Most single-game markets settle within a few hours of the event concluding. Payouts are typically processed within 24 hours of settlement.
Futures markets settle once the final outcome of the season or competition is officially determined.
