Starting September 10, 2026 (Mississippi: September 9, 2026), fantasy contests — including Best Ball Drafts — will no longer be available on the Underdog platform in several states.
Underdog isn't going anywhere: here's what's changing, what stays the same, and what happens to your existing entries and balance.

What happens to contests I've already entered?
All entries made before the date above for your state will settle as normal. You don't need to take any action — your account will automatically reflect these updates.
Can I still make picks after the change?
If you're in Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, or Pennsylvania: yes. You'll continue to be able to make prediction picks in the Underdog app. Fantasy contests, including Best Ball Drafts, just won't be available on the Underdog platform in these states after the date above.
What's different in Ohio
Starting September 10, 2026, you won't be able to enter new fantasy contests in Ohio. Any contest you've already entered will still settle normally.
You must take affirmative action to keep your funds in your Underdog Wallet. You have two options for your balance:
Keep it — for fantasy contests in other states or other Underdog products, even though contests aren't available in Ohio.
Withdraw it — you can withdraw your funds now.
If we don't hear from you, we'll try to refund your Wallet balance directly via check. Any balance we're unable to refund by December 31, 2026 will be turned over to the Ohio Division of Unclaimed Funds as unclaimed property. The same applies to winnings from contests that settle after that date — we'll refund those via check, or turn them over to the Division 90 days after settlement, unless you've told us you want to keep them on the Underdog platform.
What's different in Mississippi
The change happens a day earlier in Mississippi: fantasy contests will no longer be available on the Underdog platform there starting September 9, 2026.
If your account is closed, self-excluded, or on a cool-off period
You'll continue to be able to make prediction picks in the Underdog app, but fantasy contests, including Best Ball Drafts, will no longer be available on the Underdog platform in your state after the date above. All entries made before that date will settle as normal, and any balance remaining in your account will be available for withdrawal during your period of account restriction.

Can I still play fantasy contests?
Not after the date above for your state. You may still be able to make individual prediction picks through other Underdog products where available.
What happens to my existing entries?
They'll settle as normal, whether or not they've been completed by the date above.
Can I still withdraw my balance?
Yes. Your withdrawable funds remain available and can be withdrawn any time, including after the date above. (Ohio: see the Wallet options above.)
Can I use my balance in another state?
Yes, as long as you are in an eligible location, you will be able to use your funds.
What happens if I don't withdraw my balance?
It stays in your Underdog Wallet and remains available. (Ohio: see the unclaimed-funds timeline above.)
Can I still access Underdog Rips?
Yes, you will still be able to access Underdog Rips.
