Why is Cash Out unavailable on my position?

Cash Out isn’t always available. It depends on live market conditions, so it can be temporarily unavailable for a position you hold.

What is Cash Out?
Cash Out lets you sell your position before the market settles, at the price currently available. Because that price comes from live trading, Cash Out can only work while trading is active for your market.

Why Cash Out might be unavailable

  • Trading on the market is temporarily paused. Trading can pause for a short period, including overnight or during live events. While it’s paused, there’s no live price, so Cash Out is disabled.

  • There’s no price available right now. Sometimes there aren’t enough open orders on the other side of your position. Without a matching price, we can’t offer a Cash Out.

  • The event has started, ended, or is awaiting settlement. Some markets close to trading at certain points, such as between sets, after a match ends, or while results are confirmed.

  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. Occasionally, systems that support trading go through maintenance. Cash Out may be unavailable until they’re back.

Is my position safe?
Yes. Cash Out being unavailable doesn’t change your position. It will still settle normally when the event concludes, and you’ll be paid out based on the result.

What can I do?

  • Check back in a little while. Cash Out usually returns on its own once trading resumes.

  • If your position is still open, you don’t need to do anything. It settles automatically.

  • Still have questions about a specific position? Contact Support from the app, include the market name and approximate time, and we’ll take a look.

Please note: Cash Out availability can change at any time and isn’t guaranteed. Overnight and during live events are common times for it to be limited.
