Do extra time and penalties count?
Depends on market type:
3-Way markets — settled on 90 minutes + stoppage time only. ET/penalties excluded. A match tied after regulation settles as a draw, even if a later shootout decides a winner.
"To Advance" markets — settled on the full match result, including ET and penalty shootouts (since advancement depends on the outcome of all phases of play). No draw outcome exists for this market type.
"First team to score" markets — settled on the full match result, including ET.
EXCEPTION: Nadex (Predictions powered by UDM Services, LLC): Unless otherwise stated, all soccer prediction market picks are settled based on 90 minutes of regulation play plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalties are excluded unless specified.
How does a market get classified as "To Advance"? (Nadex-only rule)
If a head-to-head soccer market does not list a draw/tie option, it is treated as "To Advance." The winner is determined by the team that progresses.
What happens if the match is tied?
3-Way markets: tied at the end of regulation + stoppage time → Tie/Draw markets resolve "Yes," all team winner markets resolve "No."
Plus-spread markets (e.g., +1.5): a tie at the end of regulation counts as a win for the selected team, as long as they didn't lose by more than 2 goals.
"To Advance" markets: a tie at the end of regulation does not resolve the market — play continues to extra time and, if needed, penalties. The market settles on whichever team ultimately advances; there is no draw outcome.

Cancelled before kickoff: all markets resolve to the last fair price.
Abandoned before 90 minutes of regulation (not counting stoppage time): unresolved markets resolve to the last fair price — unless the market's applicable time period had already elapsed or the outcome was already determined.
EXCEPTION: Nadex (Predictions powered by UDM Services, LLC): If a soccer event is postponed, cancelled, or otherwise not completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start, it is treated as Event Cancelled.
What happens if a match is postponed?
If a match is postponed and is rescheduled within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, markets remain open and settle based on the final result.
If a match is postponed and is rescheduled more than 48 hours from the originally scheduled start time, markets resolve to the last fair price.
What happens if a match is suspended after it has started?
If a match is suspended and resumes within 48 hours, the market remains open and settles based on the final result.
If a match is suspended and doesn't resume within 48 hours, markets resolve to the last fair price.
What happens if my market is an Event Cancelled? (Nadex)
Your pick is paid out based on its recent market price, and your trading fees are refunded. (The payout uses the average price over the week before cancellation.)
