You can request shipping for any card in your collection at any time within the week-long window after opening your card. Claiming a card simply means you want the physical item sent to you.
How to claim your cards
Go to the Collection page, which can be accessed on the top right after clicking on Underdog Rips
Select the cards you want shipped.
Enter your shipping address.
Review the shipping cost.
Pay the shipping fee.
Confirm your request.
Once confirmed, the vault prepares your package and your shipment begins.
How Long Does It Take To Receive My Card?
Processing times vary depending on which vault facility stores your cards:
PSA Vault: Fulfillment typically takes approximately 1 week, followed by shipping transit time. PSA's process involves additional handling and verification steps. Total time from claim to delivery is typically 2–3 weeks for domestic shipments.
Fanatics Vault: Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping transit time. Total time from claim to delivery is typically 1–2 weeks for domestic shipments.
Alt Vault: Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping transit time. Total time from claim to delivery is typically 1–2 weeks for domestic shipments.
These estimates are for domestic (United States) shipments under normal operating conditions. International shipments will require additional time. All processing times are estimates and not guarantees; actual times may vary based on volume, periods of congestion, carrier performance, and other factors.
If your claim includes cards from multiple vaults, each vault will process and ship its cards independently. You may receive multiple packages for a single claim.
Note: High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery. The carrier and vault partner will determine the appropriate delivery confirmation method based on shipment value.
