Entries Using Promotional Tokens (Boosts, Specials, Discounts): Entries that include a promotional token or special projection are subject to a split payout — part withdrawable cash, part bonus cash requiring 1x playthrough.
Entries Funded with Bonus Funds: If you use bonus funds to submit an entry and it wins, you will receive the profit as withdrawable cash. The bonus funds used as the entry fee are not returned. No playthrough is required on those winnings.
*Please note that Bonus Entries and entries funded with Bonus Funds are both paid out in withdrawable cash (profit only — the entry fee/Set Fee is not returned).
Multiplier Boosts
For Multiplier Boosts, any Pick'em multiplier winnings over the standard multiplier will be awarded as bonus cash and must be played through (1x) in order to be withdrawn.
For example, if a Pick'em Boost multiplier offer is for 50x back for making 5 picks, and the regular return is 20x, the additional 30x will be awarded as bonus cash.
Pick'em Gimme Token and Discounts
For Pick'em Specials, where the payouts are normal but a heavily-adjusted, user-friendly projection is included in an entry, any winnings over the previous level (Pick 5 -> Pick 4) will be considered bonus cash and must be played through (1x) in order to be withdrawn.
For example, a Pick 5 with a special included will be paid out as a Pick 4 in winnings, and the rest as bonus cash (i.e. a $10 Pick-5 would be paid out as $100 in winnings and $100 in bonus cash). For a Pick 2, the entry fee will be paid out as winnings and the rest as bonus cash.
Gimme Picks on Prediction Entries
A Gimme Pick on a Prediction entry always counts as a win. How you’re paid depends on whether the player would have won without it:
The player crossed the original line: your winnings are paid in withdrawable cash, like any other winning entry.
The player didn’t cross the original line: the entry still wins, because the Gimme covered it. Your winnings are paid in bonus cash.
Example: You enter a Prediction with three picks. The third is a Gimme on a player to score over 24.5 points. Your first two picks hit.
If the player scores 26, he crossed the line, so you’re paid in cash.
If the player scores 20, he didn’t cross the line. Your entry still wins, but the winnings are paid in bonus cash.

Quick answer: No. Cashing out an entry that has a promotion applied forfeits that promotion permanently. This is true no matter which promo it was, how much value it had, or why you chose to cash out—there are no exceptions.
Why the promotion isn't returned
Cash Out settles your entry immediately at its current fair value and closes it out — the entry is done, and nothing about it changes after that point. A promotion (like a No Sweat Token, Gimme Pick, Boost, or Discount) is tied to that specific entry running its full course. Once you cash out, the entry no longer plays out normally, so the promo tied to it doesn't carry over, isn't refunded, and can't be re-applied to a new entry.
