Streaks Rules

Underdog offers a variety of contest types - more information on Streaks can be located here.

General

Make 11 correct picks in a row to win. Each Streak starts by making two picks. If both picks are correct, the next pick for the streak becomes available. Get 11 correct and the prize is yours!

In-Game Projections

In-game projections allow for picks to be made after a player's game has started. The projection is for the entirety of the game, and picks will be graded based on their total stats at the end of the game.

All full game In-Game picks will not void if a player does not play after your submission is made. The pick(s) will grade as normal using their final stat line at the end of the contest.

*Note: Some in-game projections may not be available for steaks

For example, if LeBron has an in-game projection of 27.5 points, and his current stat is 7, LeBron would need to score at least 21 more points to finish with 28 or more points for selections of "higher" to win. He would need to score fewer than 21 more points (for a total of less than 27.5 points) for "lower" to win.

Live stats are frequently updated but may be delayed.

The 'Current Stats' displayed are provided by a 3rd party source and are unofficial. All grading of in-game picks will be determined by their final stat line at the end of the contest.

Can I edit a Streak I've already submitted?

No streak entries may be edited after submission. Streak entries can be cancelled within a specified, short time after submission.

Picks 3-11 on a streak are considered adding a new selection to a streak, which is a continuation of the same entry and cannot be cancelled. Streaks can only be cancelled when they're first created (picks 1-2).

Winnings & Payouts

Make 11 correct picks in a row to win.

$1 entries have a base payout of $1,000, $10 entries have a base payout of $10,000, and $20 entries have a base payout of $20,000. Please note that any additional payout modifiers used in your streak will impact the base payout listed accordingly.

Champions:

The “average prize” shown prior to entry of your Champions streak roster is an average based upon past win-rates to help entrants estimate what their share of the Champions prize may be. As with any average or estimate, entrants’ actual experience may vary from the average prize. We may periodically adjust how we calculate the “average prize” to make the estimate more accurate.

Win Now

Win Now allows you to close your streak as a win for a set winnings amount instead of continuing the streak on to the end.

In Champions contests, Win Now will close your streak and lock your Champions points. After your Champions contest closes, you will win an amount based on your accumulated Champions points.

Lineup restrictions

The first two picks of each entry must begin with picks from at least two different teams.

Streak entries are not eligible for pick promotions.

Expiration

Each pick must be made within ten days of the previous pick settling. After 10 days of inaction, all streaks will be cashed out.

What happens if a pick results in a tie or void in a streak?

If either of your first two picks results in a tie or a void, the entire streak is refunded.

From picks 3-11, if a pick results in a tie or void, it will be replaced with your next pick.

What happens if a pick is rescued in a streak?

For the first two picks of your streak, if one is rescued, the other pick must be graded as a win, tie, void, or rescue. If the other pick is graded as a loss, the Streak is not eligible for a refund through Rescues.

For picks 3-11, if a pick is rescued, the Streak is refunded. Partial game picks will not be eligible for Rescue.

Maximum entries

Only three streaks can be active at a time, regardless of entry fee. However, at Underdog's discretion, additional trialing may be used to test the capability of multiple Streaks.
